Since perfumes and aromatic materials are sensitive products, we maintain strict quality control.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

The seal, label, and packaging must remain intact.

2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or used perfume bottles or fragrance oils.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers (unless defective).
3. Return Process
If your product meets the eligibility criteria:

Email us at info@noeparfum.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Include your order ID, description of the issue, and supporting images/videos.

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.

Please return the item in its original condition and packaging.
The returned item will be inspected by our quality control team before processing a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, bank account, etc.).

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

If your payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), we will request your bank details to process the refund electronically.
5. Order Cancellations

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

If cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
